Receiving Your Delivery
Your freight line will call you 24 hours prior to delivery. This allows you adequate time to arrange for your carpet to be unloaded. Trucking companies do not provide, personnel or equipment to unload your carpet.
The freight lines are all insured against any damage while in route. If you see any damage on the outside of your rolls while unloading, note that on your delivery receipt (Bill Of Lading) and have the driver initial it. It is ok to go ahead and start your project. Call us and fax us with a copy of your delivery receipt. We will handle the problem with the freight line and send you any additional carpet you may need to finish your project. We will talk with your installers to determine your needs.
